Minmatar - 5% bonus to sidearm clip size per level
Gallente - 5% bonus to hybrid fitting requirements per level
Caldari - 2% to shield extender efficacy per level
Amarr - 5% reduction in laser weapon heat build up per level

Amarr gets a bonus to heat reduction build up on laser weapons about 5% per level.
Caldari get's a 2% bonus to shield extenders per level.
Gallente get a 5% reduction for their light weapon fitting costs per level.
Minmatar get a 5% bonus to their side arm clips per level.
I think that's it I might have something incorrect though, seeing as its from the top of my head.

The bonus for Gallente only applies to hybrid weapons - that is to say, the plasma rifle and rail rifle. The rail rifle wasn't tagged as hybrid for a bit so some people might not have noticed but it's there now I believe.

Theoretically, it could apply to grenades too. In which case this could potentially be one of the best assault bonuses in the long term.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

I dont use grenades at all, but a 25% reduction to cpu on the allotek fluxes might convince me to train for them

Then test it. Someone with Proto Galssault do nothing to your suit but add flux nades. Factor in the explosives skill and return.
