I've tried SG again yesterday after several months of not touching it and I see that hit detection, at least in my hands, is worse than ever before. However, I know there used to be a ton of ppl that were doing something right with SG before as they consistently outperformed me in the past. Anyone is playing with SG still? What has been happening with hit detection lately - is it working for anyone?

I have a lot of hit detection issues as well. it's absolute balls. whether that is latency related or not is another question |

I think differences in hit detection issues make be coming from how the SG is used. I know most ppl, and most likely KBM users likely aim the SG at the target and shoot when they have lined up the shot.
On the other hand, I and probably many others when using SG just jerk the controller stick making your reticle fly across and ultimately past the target, and at that instant as the aim is passing the target I squeeze the trigger. I believe this latter method is prone to hit detection issues and probably explains why different ppl have so much disparity in hit detection frequency.
