Make a decent anti-tank tank without dumping all my SP into it? I got enough logi sh!t and fitting skills eating it up already.
What's the best bang for my buck fitting using militia items?

Blaster for the best AV / AI combo, so Soma, and Sica if you absolutely must destroy tanks with extreme prejudice.
I only have armor upgrades I BTW. (Not sure if that's the name of the skill, don't have access to the game right now)
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Real answer - Sica - comes with a rail turret - slap on a couple militia damage amplifiers for about 50% more damage when both are active - win with the element of surprise. No SP required. Bonus: fit a large militia armor repper or 2.
There will be bullets. ACR+SMG

Sica with 2 mlt damage amplifiers, mlt armor mods in the lows.
Btw, infantry AV being better at AV than tanks would make no sense.
Lack of content makes stuff broken...

People like dual damage mod Soma.....however that leaves them incredibly vulnerable to being counter sniped by a skilled tanker.
Just let me be your Anti Tank unit.
To a Texan like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Gunlogi.

Deal.
I've made back most of the ISK I lost trying vainly to prop up teams of idiots in FW last week. Last night was a "no FW night" in my corp (we can't agree on one faction), but if I see you tonight I will be hitting you up for a squad. I'm itching to get back to fighting the good fight for the empire.

Btw, infantry AV being better at AV than tanks would make no sense. It also makes no sense as to why HAVs should be better AV than AV itself.
We finally deployed in the MinFW Match!

STACK HARDENERS. With 2 Shield Hardeners and a Rail turret you should be able to take on almost anything. (With a SICA) Fit the low slots with whatever you'd like/can.

I won't troll you b/c you are certainly one of the more reasonable tankers around, but you can either reduce tank spam and nerf militia ranks or deal with those of us who used to use traditional AV weapons to start using them. Can't have it both ways!

Sica
2 x MLT Damage mods
1 MLT Armor Hardener 1 MLT heavy armor rep
or
1 MLT Armor Hardener 1 MLT Armor plate
Use the first one for full match tank hunting, use the second for use and recall to rep the armor, defeat the cooldowns.
Cheap, high enough damage, no skills needed.
Best return for your SP would be to get an advanced railgun and enough fitting skills to fit it on a Sica, or consider getting a gunloggi to be able to run another damage mod, and a better armor setup.
Don't invest into getting modules, they eat up fitting space, and are no more effective. It is just a massive SP sink.

I'd check pegasis' thread. Some other guys are rumored to be making builds that are easy for them to pop. Lol
There was a time we fought good tankers. Now we just fight good tanks.

Hardener time > Damage mods
My sica with 2 shield hardeners / heavy armor rep / Armor hardener Beats anything....
