There should be an, across the board, slight increase in overall health regeneration speed.
Less shield delay, more shields per pulse, faster armor regen.
The PC and SL should fit into Sidearm/ Equipment slots so it's accessible and practical to carry one.

EDIT: Derp.
Anyways, being able to get back in the fight faster does sound like a good thing - but I think shields are already in a pretty good place in that respect. |

Other weapons should also be buffed to compete.
Mass Driver
Flaylock
Shotgun
Plasma Cannon
Laser Rifle
All could do with a buff, if we are using the Rifles as a yardstick.

Does the PC really need a buff though? It is currently the unsung hero of AV, it's intended role I should add.
The Laser and Flaylock though... Not seen a single example of either for a long time now. |

You right plasma cannon doesn't need an AI buff, plc and sl need an AV buff.

I use regulators and armour reps on my Min Assault. My recovery time is already fantastic.
