DUST Search - Combat Rifle and Rail Rifle are not OP

Right know Close-Mid range means under 70meters which is 99% of battles.
Your weapons are the best weapon possible in 99% of battle and you think that's not OP ?

You know i've kicked a looooot of ass with my little mass Driver in Planetary or other game.
Lot of them was some nasty players certainely with the best stuff of the game and with more than 20 million of SP.
And you know what ? Mass Driver is now a Trash that can't kill under 8sec while Your "not op" weapons kills under 1.5sec.

We don't say it's op because lot of players play with it.
We say that's op because we've see the numbers and stats.

And simply by Logic.

AR and SCR is OP.
Rail and combat have been maded to be as powerful than AR and SCR.
That's LOGIC than all of these are OP.

And to finish since the Hit detection the rifles have been buffed by almost twice while the others did't move.

The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.

Also, the amount of (Top level) players using a specific item is a great way to judge if said item is OP or not, remember Flylock and Tac AR? If something is so powerful that it stands far and above all other options, then a lot of player, top tier ones with SP to spend, will inevitably spend a week or two using it. Numbers are all good on paper, but it is what is put into practice that matters. The best Players want the best stuff to stay on top. Example, Proto Missile turrets can do 8300+ damage in 1.8 seconds with a damage mod, now how many tankers are doing that?

Mass Driver CANNOT have the same killing power and versatility of Assault Rifles. That is a gameplay disaster.
