As some may know already, I am a supporter and loyalist to the Federation and aid the Republic in their efforts against the Amarrians.
I've decided to change the sides I play on.
As some others may know, I preach about "freedom" and "at whatever cost". I've thought about it and I've come to the conclusion... that the Federation's current force is not what I should ally myself with. I preach freedom, but I heartlessly shoot medics. I preach freedom, but I aid in the taking of territory. I preach freedom, but I'm no better than the Amarrians that enslaved the Minmatar.
I was on Gallente's side in a FW some time ago when this thinking had started. Five of us, myself included, was clustered around a red's uplink. I did not fire, but the other four continued to cut down whatever popped up there. Basic warfare concept, right? Take whatever advantage you can? **** the enemy? That's not what got me to start thinking. They were laughing at the Caldari that were spawning there. Laughing.
When did the Federation consist of brutes and maniacs? When did we fall? What are we now?
So, with a heavy heart, I must cut my ties to both the Federation and Republic as a loyalist. I preach for freedom, but we are enslaving both the Caldari and Amarrians. I'll be aiding both the Caldari and Amarr for a while, until they can get their own **** straight. My efforts will first be aimed towards Amarr, as I believe Caldari is beyond saving currently.
On another side of this coin, the more land both Caldari and Amarr own, the more Gallente and Minmatar will be able to queue for a fight.
Forgive me, friends of the Republic, friends of the Federation. I've become a traitor in the name of freedom.

Or have we become the traitors? Though I do not agree with your methods of achieving freedom I will applaud your efforts. As I smash your clone into the dirt in the name of the federation I may one day even join your cause until such a day I shall never allow the Amarr or the Caldari have a strangle hold on freedom in the name of money and faith.
Now I'm not saying I'm a badass, but once I killed a guy in militia gear. We were both wearing it but still.

Its the toughest mode out there bar Caldari at the moment

Yeah, Minmatar's blues are marginally better than Caldari's blues though. I've had a lot of good Minmatar vs Amarr fights (and I've respectfully have said that Amarr puts up a decent fight in several other places). Caldari is just... I'm sorry, but there's no way in hell I'm going to side with them currently. They need to organize a bit more before I aid them. Amarr, on the other hand- I've had good times with and against them over the past few days. I'll be systematically playing for both sides.

Don't worry. I'll be keeping my eye out for you. I'll be wielding my Imperial Scrambler Rifle when I see you. (I don't care if they changed the name! It's "Imperial" to me!) At least now when you drop an OB, I'm not just a random green that wandered into the light show. <3
Added note: This is, however, if I am on Caldari's side at the time. I'll be on all four factions' sides in order to achieve my goal. I'll just be doing each one to a certain extent.
And it all depends if I get ******* banned again for tank busting. I'm still hurt over that.

I love how people are always saying Caldari needs to organize. While that is true to a point that is not the actual problem.
The problem is the vast majority of players are siding with Gallente and Minmatar. Amarr is the third most popular with Caldari falling dead last. We have the least amount of players, thus the smallest player pool, thus the smallest amount of skilled players with high SP.
And to make matters worse, anyone that has all four races checked in the FW menu will almost always, ALWAYS be put into a Caldari match because it has the shortest cue. This is also made worse by the easy moders spamming Gal/Min FW constantly. It can take up to five mins to get a Gal match sometimes when it is usually less than a min to get a Caldari.
This is why so many noobs, and terrible players are getting into Caldari matches. And yes as I stated Caldari does need to get its **** together, but that won't change anything when we are still outnumbered probably 10 to 1. The ratio of Gal to Cal players might be even higher i'm not really sure, but it is drastic.
This ratio of Caldari to Gallente players means most of the time Gallentte will have the numbers to have good teams, while most of the time Caldari does not have the numbers and thus has a **** team. This WILL NOT change until more people abandon the easy mode Gal/Min matches and actually fight the hard fight on the Caldari side.
Destroy the Frogs . . . from within.

You know (and I'm just putting this out here), I have both Gallente and Amarr checked right now. Seven matches. Seven. That's how many passed. 7/7 was Gallente. I'm still waiting for an Amarr game.

The min/amarr conflict is not nearly as lopsided as the Gal/Cal. I believe what he is saying because I have checked all four FW boxes as a test and I was put into Caldari matches more often than not. Also as a test I have tried just Gallente and several times the timer went over five min waiting period. That is more than twice the longest I have ever waited for a Caldari match. |

A long time ago. Contrary to popular opinion the Gallente aren't the good guys. There are no good guys in Eve.
