You know what is funny. I killed two gunlogis and a madruger in my blaster soma on a character that has 7 million SP in tanking. Got 1 hatemail that game. It came from the dude that didn't get in on my death when the two gunlogis called in more tanks and pinned me down. The forums are a joke, the people that complain are new age hipster fagos that have parents that never told them no and played in sports leagues that gave trophys to everyone.
I have earned all my scars and my trophys. #1, best of the league. Top of class. I would feel ashamed and angry if someone ever tried to present a participation trophy to me. The best part is, I have also learned from all of my defeats. If you go through life never seeing the truth of defeat....I feel sorry for you.
IWS said the only truth is hate. Well I'll add to that and say defeat is another truth. You lost, you weren't good enough, YOU SUCKED....This time.
If there is no loss, how do we learn to be better? You know how I rose to the level of play to be nationally recognized? By embracing my suck and not doing that anymore. That is how winners become winners. They embrace their losses, they accept them and recognize what it is that caused them to be losers, and then they change. To defeat the enemy, loss, you must learn and understand the enemy. Why did you lose, what caused you to lose, and, most important, how can you change to make sure you don't lose in that fashion again? THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS WINNERS HAVE ASKED COUNTLESS TIMES. You know why it's countless? Because winning is a constant struggle against others that are asking the same questions. This is life. You don't get a gold star for paying taxes and showing up.
In my high school band room my teacher had a poster on the wall. It said,"Don't practice until you can do it right. Practice until you can't do it wrong." That is life. If you want to be good at something just learning it is not good enough. You need to embrace it, you need to grab it by the balls and look into its eyes and say with passion 'FUCKALL!!!!' Because you are a master. You cannot do it wrong.
Shout it out, I AM A WINNER!!! Like Stuart Smalley, because nobody is on your side if you aren't. Go out and kick some ass. Respect yourself and stand up for yourself. Don't slink into the corner and let people pick on you. Respect yourself. Don't let some greenpeace mother give you a participation trophy when your team finished 4th in the league. Yell at her. Say hey *****, they won we didn't. But next year, get ready to give me that MVP first place trophy. And you better make it with the year and the names of my teammates on it. The babe didn't point to the wall to be a participant. He pointed to say FUCKALLLYALL!!! I'm going to hit a homer and win this damned game and go get a dog and some hookers. |

I don't want rail tanks removed, though I do want to see them loose the ability to fire from the red line. Its unfair, and ruins my fun playing as a dropship pilot. I would be less angry with rail tanks if I could actually put up a fight and try to use my skill at piloting to win. Forcing me to cower and be useless dispite months of combat flying experience and millions of sp is not fun, especially when I can't fight the problem. You can fight the problem. You just need to GET GUD. Don't give up because a new challenge is in your way. Learn the obstacle, study it, and then overcome it. Rails can only aim so high. Dropships can move so fast now. Use the terrain and the expanded redline to your advantage. Get above them, kill them, but don't quit. Remember quitters never win. |
