No, I'm sure there is a battle down there, our EVE and DUST guys are in the same comm and the Location is definitely RIGHT.
Toady' timer(PC battle):
UTC 1220 - Sakulda VI - District 1
UTC 1330 - Bosen IX - District 12
Before DUST start, we have the whole system under control.
We wait beside the beacon(0m).
We have our weapon and Tactical ammo ready.
and....
When DUST into lobby, system said: There are no battles available at this district
DUST into battle, still: There are no battles available at this district
We try again and again, but

SO...WHY?
Maybe, I think, do the EVE pilots need be in the same Alliance as the DUST guys?
Or even, the same Corp?
I cant think if there are other possibilities.

They have to be in the same Alliance and / or Corp.
DUST is so broken, even my PS3 refuses to let me play it.

im playing with my corp right now and im above the district i can SEE its under attack but it tells me its not |

EVE is a single shard universe. There is only Tranquility for general gameplay ( There's Singularity and a couple more test servers as well as Serenity for China, but Tranquility is the only one most play on.)

Post this in the technical support/bugs forum, the Dev's will be more likely to see it there and figure out if there is a new bug.

Thank you, and we have confirm the DUST and EVE players must be in same alliance to connect each other.
