Sitting in the redline sniping may be useful if you are a good sniper however having 5-6 of you sat in one spot sniping is a good way to lose the match and annoy your team enough for someone to slaughter you all. 2. Making a one man squad, the locking it and spending the entire game in the MCC just waiting for an orbital to then call it in a stupid place is not advisable. 3. Friendly fire is on, in every match. You do not need to check every match by shooting the nearest blue to where you spawn. 4. Sitting in a nano hive spamming core locus nades at a point is incredibly stupid especially if all the reds are dead you are going to TK and get kicked, do not send hatemail to the guy you killed calling him a "noob scrublet" because you can't tell the difference between a red and a blue and don't know when to stop spamming nades. 5. Shooting a DS/Tank with an installation is a good idea, unless it is blue again don't send me hatemail calling me a scrub because you shot my tank with a railgun turret and got kicked see point 3 FF is on what doesn't get you kicked in pubs gets you kicked in FW. 6. If you see a heavy suppressing a group of reds try to flank them to shoot do not run in front of said heavy or try to shoot through him, see point 3. 7. If you see a blue running and decide to run them over with you LAV because "its funny" do not send hatemail acting all indignant when they hit punish. 8. That big blue beam coming from the sky means run (preferably away) 9. If you are using a tank do not try to nudge other tanks/lav's out of the way it doesn't end well. 10. My current favourite if you see a friendly scout sneak up behind an enemy tank and begin to start planting RE's on its backside do not fire on the tank from 100's of meters away with your rifle. If you do one of two things occurs A, the tank driver decides to drive off and the scout is left standing around like a tool or B, your insistence of emptying your clip into the tank hoping for +75 vehicle assist instead gets you -50 kill as you have just team killed the guy trying to blow the tank up, and no sending me mail apologizing for TKing me while I was remoting the tank and stating you only did it to "try and get some WP" will not get me to put a petition into CCP to withdraw my punishment and do not act indignant when I state I will not try to get you off the hook it was your own damn fault. So anyone else have any pearls of wisdom to share with the community? FW standings - Gal 4, Min 3, Ama 0, Cal 0, hatred of Scotty over 9000

This community's mind set towards FW is simply "GRIND IT THE **** OUT" If you thought it was cool to side with one specific faction, forget it, it isn't worth it, some idiot somewhere will find a way to ruin it for your due to his terminal idiocy, or lack of any game skill. True's cynical pearls of wisdom in a game mode he used to love until the worst players in the game and the Devs decided to ruin it for him To a Texan like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Gunlogi. Medic 1879 Forsaken Immortals Top Men. 1491	Posted - 2013.12.20 23:48:00 - [5] - Quote This isn't really about any one faction, this is more of a general do/don't thread, the level of idiocy can be overwhelming especially when you get hatemail for punishing a guy who TK'd you to hack a point, if you TK me and its my fault or an accident I won't hit punish but when you do it intentionally or under the stupidest of reasons (point 10) you will be punished expecting not to be is stupidity at its finest. I use PRO gear if FW sometime, frankly speaking you haven't been in the situation we have. There are about thirty players in Amarr FW who can make a difference in matches, yet for months on end we are sabotaged by our own players who don't seem to have a brain between them. As much as I love dust and the Amarr I just want to play in good, gritty and well fought matches, FW is not the place to find them as 10/16 players are the worst of the worst you will ever see. In terms of Supporting the Amarr, I haven't stopped, I still make the occasional rallying post and am working on Kador's lore. Creating lore for new eden is far more enjoyable than playing in it. Gameplay wise I am about done with Dust, my favourite game mode is nothing more than another way for the rich to get richer and poor to get stomped on. Good times...tough battle indeed Lol I remember that you had the range on me so we were playing peak a boo, I had to persuade a squad mate to distract you long enough for me to jump down and leg it across the open ground praying not to get shot lol.
