If you are at 25 mil and have 4 unspent, I assure you not all your cores are at 5, unless you are not counting the 3 in dropsuit electronics, but even then, still unlikely.
I have 27 mil SP, 1 proto suit, 3 weapons at prof 2 and I am still at level 3 or 4 on four skills in the entire category of Dropsui Upgrades (all others are at 5): Precision Enhancement, Range Amplification, Cardiac Regulation and Kinetic Catalyzation.
but I digress, I support getting all Dropsuit upgrades to level 5

I actually do have all my core's maxed out apart from some equipment items
I am fully specialized into Amarr Assault + ScR ever since uprising came out; I am a dedicated marksman
I was thinking of either getting a Scout suit, Logi or an Assault dropship

Lmao too slow! Even the Assault ak.0 is too slow but I've made it work as long as I don't stack so many plates, also stamina bonus helps :D

I had 4m sp when I came back to dust. I feel I wasted it on utter crap. Do yourself a favour and put that 4m sp into tanks and have awesome fun fighting with and against tanks.
