man have i been enjoying this! i've been dropping heavies left and right with my trusty shotgun!
only problem is i've encountered a sprinting bug, where you'll start sprinting, but run much slower than usual 
has anyone else encoutered this?
Tell me, how exactly DOES a biscuit gain Valor?

Yup! It's annoying as hell!
I found it usually happens when you reload then start to sprint.. It's weird

Yes.
It only seems to happen to me when I'm on a structure (E.G. the top of a building or the metal floor between C and B on Ashland).

Yes, ever since 1.7 I've encountered this with every category of suit I use. So not just limited to light suits.

It happens to me everytime I attack with my knife then sprint. I never had it happen with a gun though |

yes.
some days, hours log in, worse and better at times.
I have tried adjusting specific options to allow
my true sprint speed. nada. Hit and miss, mostly miss.
What really annoys me is I know I can run fast than others,
and I see them take off like a rabbit, while I wear my lag lead boots.

I noticed that bug only when entering structures through ground floor door ways. Don't recall it happening when entering through doors from the top, i.e. buildings with outside walkway leading up to 2nd floor.

I only seem to get it if I try to run to quickly after a scan, reload or something else random.

Hate this! That an also ever since 1.7 running 10.38 mps feels like I'm running in the 8s.
Just doesn't feel fast or edge of your seat play anymore , something's wrong |

As far as the sprint glitch goes....just crouch and then sprint from the crouched position. Also this method seems to work when you can't change your weapons or equipment.

Yes, & it's driving me crazy. Add to that the frequent rubberbanding lately. Some games are awesome, while others are completely unplayable. |

Linked with shooting and running fast so it only affects people with shotguns or nova knives and mainly combat scouts (like me)
Assassination is my thing.
