THE OFFICIAL LOGI BOARD IS NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRY If there is going to be a heavy's board there HAS to be a board for the LOGI BROS to go with. Here is the board for dedicated logistics or "logi" fits. This is not limited to any one type of logi character, this is for anyone who runs a logi fit for 75% or more of their DUST 514 experience. There will be three posts made for the different types of logistics characters, if you feel that your roll is not represented you may suggest another type be added. The three columns will be made for; LOGI BROS, SUPPORT LOGI, AND KILL LOGI... NOTE: If your thinking "what about logi fit snipers" i didn't feel as it should be separate from KILL LOGI, but ill keep one open just in case. When you add your name please be sure to add your best logistics roll if you feel efficient in any two or all three you may put more than one down starting from best to worst. - thank you Dropship auto leveling and THE SOLUTION

I love shaping the battle with carefully place uplinks, and I can deploy 13 at a time if required. That's followed by triage, armor repping, and ammo hives to keep my team in fighting trim. I can deploy 13 of those as well, though I rarely need more than half that. Once that's accomplished I'll pull out a scanner, needle, and rep tool, and run support fire with a MD. That doesn't leave time to go for kills, but I feel that my support often turns the tide of battle, especially when I can get my team out of being redlined and back in serious competition by building a flanking line of uplinks.

The 1.3 change to Stamina Regeneration was brutal, while aim assist buff was instant death. Active Scanners are cheaper to fit and less SP intensive to run than passive scanning and/or** profile dampening while more effective than passive all at the same time. I see. IMO slayer logis are assaults and shouldn't be on this type of list. I don't have a problem with people using the suit any way they want but using a logi suit alone doesn't make you a logi. If you like you can put me in support or Logibro or both, I'm omni with proto AV, proto sniper rifles, and of course traditional logi gear as well. I feel that is the place of a logi, but again that's just my opinion. If tying myself to a heavy is what needs to be done, I do it. May I ask why you would choose to do it like that since the Wiyrkomi injector is roughly half the price of the core repair tool and a quarter of the price of allotek hives wouldn't it be more cost effective to run with the proto injector and advanced hives and repair tool? My lifetime kills are 24,000+ and my WP total is 3,000,000. But I'm not even in the top 10 of logis in my corp, we have some great logis. Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

I think I can rep two people faster with the core then I can using the six kin, but that's because I'm most comfortable using the core. Those needles are really a game changer, makes battle revives a legit tactic now. One last thing, I will be posting some scoreboard pics here later tonight or tomorrow of some matches over the weekend.

I don't belong on any hall of fame list, but I've been playing an infiltrator role a fair bit in skirmish lately: Speed mods, stamina mods, explosives, and drop uplinks on my min logi suit, merrily hacking and bombing behind enemy lines and drawing new lines with my uplinks. Still not effective with the explosives, but only speced into them a couple weeks ago so still as green as can be.

But until this can be averaged over time, it puts players that have just played longer, to players that can play 8 hours a day above the rest. Since my main logi play style is following a heavy or two, I like to play as one to learn their play style and better understand why they play the way they do. It's really fun, and a great way to train up coming logis in my corp. Good stuff!

Now that heavies, that were close to extinction, are a growing population I found myself Logibroing more often, it's not exactly my playstyle, but looking at the scoreboard and seing 0/1 with over 3500 WP is very satisfing. To me, that's a suit nerf, IDC what a lot of people say, it's saved me in countless situations. The current logi skill adjustment I see almost as a zero end result. Yeah, we get a fitting reduction, so what, but you decreased the equipment effectiveness overall and made it more resource intensive at the same time, so where was there a real gain? There isn't. Assault gains across the board a RoF increase, plus an increase to shield and armor modules for specific races, which is technically a big buff for assault suits as a whole. Sentinels gain bigger resistances, and what do we get? Almost a double nerf. Once for removal of passive armor rep as a base bonus, and another for equipment overall, since we're the ones that use it en masse. It's a trap! He will run whatever equipment is needed and is often delegated to tasks that aren't pretty, but need done for the destroying enemy uplinks, placing hidden uplinks). Kill it Softly - Gal Logi, great at repping and constant scans. Frontline logi that's not afraid to throw away isk to keep his team in the game. Nobinishi - Amarr Logi, all around good logi. Does everything well, also has one of the coolest accents (he lives in Trinidad).
