Uprising 2.0 should be about one of these two things, to be honest 95% of the player base doesn't care about planetary conquest it's a broken game mode and will only get worse if it requires eve capsules. 4 things I think would improve this game:
-player to player trading
-PvE
-planetary conquest starter packs costing1-10 million isk "40 million is a rip off atm"
- one district owned will generate about 1-3 million isk a day
I think I would take my corp into PC battles if this changed

I believe that an open market / trading system has to come before 2.0, or people will stop playing Caldari and Amarr FW definitely, since it's almost impossible to win and to cover the outgoing.
PvE is what I'm really waiting for and it would be nice to have it implemented with 2.0.

It's amazing how much Caldari amarr are getting stomped, they've both got really good gear in the store, it use to be that all the factions were 50/50 with eachother but after 1.7 it just went to100/0 overnight.

Honestly, what are we fighting for? Some great ideal? No, we are mercenaries who all just want to get paid. Time is long past for CCP to gain useful market data, please no more excuses. Link the markets and open P2P trading, contracting, and Player Market Sales. What would you do if you went to work, needed to put gas in your car and all you were paid was food stamps?

If you ever looked at the FW before 1.7 you'd notice Gallente and Minmatar have always stomped. The only time they didn't was the week they gave out prizes in fac war, and theirs were the best.

Personally i would put player trading above PVE and firmly believe it should have been included with the new FW even if that meant the new FW being delayed. A lot of people would have raged but if they gave that as a reason it would have been fine ( forum wise ) i think.
You can finally cash in on all the officer stuff you have got. Buy guns/ suits cheap when they are not popular, sell them to your corp for the cause. That would be awesome. I don't know what a Thale is doing these days but i can sure use a Mil or two.
PVE although great, would split up the playerbase even more, and scotty is already struggling to put some reasonable matches together as is.

The EVE Market, according to CCP, should be opening up very soon.
Plus, you can already buy/sell Dust 514 items in EVE (Go into EVE, go to Marketplace, look up Ion Pistol, or Assault Rifle). You might need to go to a large trading hub to find some though (Dodixie:Gallente, Rens:Minmatar, Jita:Caldari, Amarr:Really? Really? You can't figure that out? Whatever)
