could play it all day long on Pc, but have absolutely 0 interest.
Looks intresting from what I saw but every test or review I saw let me sitting with a pure "meh"

A lot will play it. then find out about the grind, unless they somehow change that up. But yeah tho less than dust, the grind is something they both have in common. |

planetsides grind isnt too bad, you have to work your way up to get the most out of your setups like most games.
but unless your joining in on the giant 200+ player battles its always very one sided fights.
the huge battles are very epic though even if you end up feeling like your not personally acomplishing much yourself every little thing counts in the end.
most important part is teh same as dust, find people to play with and game with. its the social aspect that drives the game.
i have my inf4m0us boys here in dust, and we have a blast doing whatever we feel like. i feel its ps4 lauch will bring in some new blood to the game that is much needed, just make sure to find people in game to have a laugh with as its worth much more then individual game mechanics would. |

DKS II, fits the nerdy conventions, but with the best pvp and deepest pvp mechanics of any other game I think I have ever played.

But for what i waiting on Ps4 is possible Hawken conversion and DEFO Blacklight:Retribution, where i already have clan on Pc.

Dark souls? I place this in the horror games. And I'm looking forward to 2 as well. Demon souls was more unforgiving but I liked DKS. |

I'm mostly a PC gamer, and I gave Planetside a try a few months back. I thought it was boring and just felt off somehow. YMMV.
RDVs are a failed experiment - can't we just remove them from the game?

DUST just has to join that trio to make the quartet!
PS2 has the worst grind ever though, it can takes 100s of hours just to unlock one bloody gun,
haven't played it in a long time though. |

Not bothering with Planetside 2:
1) Planetside 2 is half the game Planetside 1 was. It has none of the strategy of the original, and lots of missing features.
2) SOE is 10 times worse than CCP on a bad day. SOE ran Planetside into the ground with unnecessary changes and additions. The community interaction is also much more limited with SOE.
3) The Planetside 2 metagame is crap. There is 0 permanence to your actions. Go to sleep and some bored australians have ganked your earnings. Bases flip back and forth within minutes.
4) Dust could eventually encompass the battle sizes of Planetside, but Planetside is unlikely to ever envelop the scope of Dust.
5) Planetside 2's population is heavily fragmented. Everyone in Dust is in the same universe. In Planetisde, you have to live on one of 4 servers, furthermore the PS4 servers will be separate from the PC servers, so you'll live on one of 8, and it requires intervention from a GM to move a character last time I checked.
The environment of PS2 can create some interesting battles, but I don't think I'll ever play the game as heavily as I do Dust. |

Planetside was fun for a while but im not getting a ps4 for a few years and side's metagame is dull as dishwater. Nothing you do in that game has any real effect. Just zergballs fighting zergballs ad infinitum. Yawn. |

Won't happen. They're segregating the servers for some reason, which is lame. It's the same reason DC Universe online was never that big. Final Fantasy 14 on the other hand is profitable, because Playstation users and PC users can play together. |

There is, you just should open your character sheet and buy sme thingies for weapons and upgrates for suit. hoestly is simple same system like in dust. I think this is just curse around F2P titles. What will be defo awesme will be port of Hawken and Blaclight: Retribution. Where you have actually some terrain for tactics.

If your into the story it's good times otherwise its a massive grind in a FPS for a premse that will never get any bigger. Its a great FPS though... but the graphix are upto taste as is DUST...
For example i LOVED the old Closed Beta DUST look it was amazing... now its so cartoony.

Honestly if you sk me if i chose PL2 or Dust, i-¦ll go for PL2. Realtime battlefield bigger many many times than skyrim map with oblivion together (its about whole planet, not only small instalation somewhere), with proper hills etc. Bigger place for Vehicular battles and hovers and aicraft. Bases and instalation to take. Every race with special abilities (for example my beloved Vanu have ultrastabile howers anf ultrasonic fighters). Daynight cycles in realtime. Boyo Dust dont have even a scratch from what PL2 contains and i mean honestly.
