that's right! i will be doing various tests with Myofybril Stimulants to see how viable they can be in battle in the near future.
most of you know me as a scout, but for the purpose of this test, i will likely be using a Caldari Medium Frame Ck.0, because of the abundance of high slots to stack the myofybril stimulants and the low slots for stacking kincats. 
my theory is that Myofibs will be better on medium frames, because scout don't have enough slots, or base melee damage to effectively use these without giving up precious health.
long ago, in the old days before biscuit was a scout, he was a scout-assault, who used nova knives and KICKED ASS. i haven't used this suit seriously for a very long time, so i figure now would be the time to bring my old scout-assault build back from the grave.
i won't begin posting results until i have myofybril stimulants to 5, so that i can give a FULL, UNBIASED examination of them. i will either be using my old nova knives as a main, or a proto shotgun.
hopefully, tests will be able to start soon. just thought i'd post this to let you know ahead of time.
Tell me, how exactly DOES a biscuit gain Valor?

I got a STD myofybril as FW salvage the other day. I had no idea anyone actually used them.
RDVs are a failed experiment - can't we just remove them from the game?

there isn't much to investigate
they aren't as viable as they used to be, since the armour buff.. not that they were very useful before.
it is unusual to see a proto suit with under 300 armour
i think a medium frame and min scout have a somewhat over 300 DMG with two
on no suit is it very viable to put on three, which is the amount you need to do major damage, but it's very fun.
the most practical use I have found for them is destroying equipment. In the time it takes to throw a flux, have it land and detonate, you could have destroyed a lot of stuff cause you only need to hit it once. Another thing is that spawn invulnerability is bypassed by melee. Great for spawn camping uplinks.
Unless you commit to using them offensively, you won't. Same hit detection issues as nova knives, but melee has magnetism which makes it easier to land them on moving targets.

i plan on having 4 myofybrils, not just 3. no worries, i'm a scout, so i'm used to having little health and with just 2 complex kincats on a medium ck.0 you run over 9.0 m/s.

well I've ran 4 also, with a 9.75 sprint min assault
3 is really all that's needed in my experience, but 4 is very fun if you play to your stamina limitations and don't over commit to melee
