CCP, do you honestly think this is acceptable i spend on average 10 min continually clicking the factional deployment button until i get put in a match . this system has not worked since day one , and has past the point where the service you provide is acceptable .
All persons who have subscribed to active boosters for SP or LP (factional boosters) should be given week boosters in the given catagories to re-emburse them for the ones they are currently wasting .
scotty the matchmaking system should be removed , it is plain to see this project does not , has not worked , if there is no battle available , we should just be que'd as normal and sent in when a battle opens .
your employee's in the department that test's updates 1.5 1.6 & 1.7 should be rebuked for failing to identify major in game issues that are plain to see. personalLy , if i employed them , i would at least give a final warning to the head of that division
1.7 at first glance looked like a great addition to the world of new eden , i even said as much in an email to yourselves a week ago. it has been found to be a backward step in most respects , i hope that we do not get a 2 month spell of OP tanks like we had to endure with the LAV's .
TTK has got shorter with the use of some weapons , in a blog last week , you spoke of the need for a more balanced TTK , yet in this patch it has yet again got shorter . if you watch the clone counts in most games , you find at the end of battles that the clone count is substantially low .
When can us as customers expect a service we can rely upon , personally i would lay the majority of blame on the testing department . |

I'm actually going to defend Scotty for once *Gasp!*, because this actually has to be known. In the category of Factional Warfare, Scotty is not in the wrong. He simply does not know how to tell the player that there are no available defend battles for the faction you've chosen. While you cannot get a defend order, attack orders from the other side are being spammed in order to take territory back. When that side has no territory, your faction cannot issue attack orders like they can. That's why I mentioned defend orders.
Scotty is basically telling you that your enemy sucks ass and cannot hold land long enough for you to attack.
