Keep the forge nerf, that's the only real balanced thing. Make swarm range 200m. I think that would work out.

Maybe, but doubtful.
The way I see it is the problems are either, or a combination of both, the buff to speed and ability to call in 5-6 low cost, low risk super tanks. Previously tank spam wasn't an issue because they were high cost, high risk items that not everyone was spec'd into.. and the militia variants were pretty squishy. Now every tom, **** and harry can call them in anywhere, anytime... and recall them just as fast if the situation is not favorable.
Fix the two above (and take away vehicle recall now that the price was nerfed, or give me the ability to recall my suits and run around naked) and balance will be restored '
P.S. you can keep the AV nerf if you tone down the buffs you put on Tanks |

One shotted by what? the breach forge gun if you got hit in the critical spot and were running a militia tank while your hardeners were down?
So what? how often does that happen.... who uses the breach forge gun? do people still go up on towers anymore now that tanks are as fast as a speeding bullet and can leap tall buildings on a single nitro? lol
Guess what... my proto heavy with 1700 hitpoints can die just as fast to a militia shotgun if a scout sneaks up on me. **** happens, deal with it |

Yes. Militia tanks would be vulnerable to proto AV.
The forge and swarm nerfs are pretty absurd; both increasing the charge up time and reducing the damage on forges to this extent was an exercise in absurdity and more than halving swarm lock-on range was a terrible idea. |

I think that it'd be the only way to truely balance AVvV without capacitors.
