Just a humble request for the Federation to use its hybrid know-how to produce a rail gun turret that I can fit to my Incubus. I would assume the Maddy users would like to have one, too. This would help to allow us to fight for the Federation using our Federation vehicles... for the Federation. I volunteer to steal the plans from a Caldari Research Facility if necessary, I just need some help with the intel.  |

Makes sense. Federation Navy in Eve Online has Railguns. Think they do more damage while the Caldari Navy ones have longer range, just like the blasters.

Yes please, the Caldari get skill bonuses to missiles while the Gallente get Hybrid damage bonus. It would only make sense to add railguns to Federal store so the Gallente aren't forced to use half of their bonus.
