TL/DR: Please make player select the side they like to play for than just selecting all faction(the default option(also remove this)) and remove Multi-Q for all 4 faction, and limited to 2 . (Also please add a player count requirement be for the game start up, don't like 5 vs 16. make it 10 player requirement before the game start.)
With all the bad clueless randoms being shuffle to one side vs a stack team of vet, so matchmaking can meet the demand of the mass is BS and I'm sick of it.
I believe that if CCP add more restriction to multi-queue It will help a lot in FW matchmaking, Because right now it get out of hand with how Multi-Q matchmaking just reserve players(that Multi-Q all 4 Faction) to be pub stomp by a stack team(queue one winning faction), just so matchmaking can meet demand of one side. FW multi-queue it just not working and need a rework.
If CCP going fixs the Multi-Q options make it so you can only Q two faction that is not the opposing fraction and remove the default option we have right now, make default "no faction selected" so you have to pick who you like to fight for.
example on how it need to be: 1) If I multi-queue up Amarr and Gallente, than I can not multi-queue the opposing fraction Minmatar and Caldari.
2) If I multi-queue up Amarr and Caldari, than I can not multi-queue the opposing fraction Minmatar and Gallente.
3) If I queue Minmatar than I'm not allow to multi-queue Amarr since Minmatar is Amarr opposing fraction, the only options is Gallente or Caldari.
-This will add some more surrealism to the game just like the friendly fire CCP add to factional warfare.
-Will some what remove the problem of new/bad play all being on the same side vs a stack team in FW.
-Add more chance to play with player trying to win.
-Given out more Scotty to the fraction that has mass of the players base, and maybe they try to play some other game mode, than trying to boost stats on the winning team in FW.

Also add a skill point lock for new player(about 5 to 8 million SP), can't let the clueless player in factional warfare.

So much randoms on one side now, Multi-Q need to be rework.
Just like MAG, Multi-Q kill Dom. (Who the hell play MAG for Sabo.)

There could be a more elegant solution with making standings have an effect on the matchmaking. i.e.-
Between standing levels 0-2 you are in general FW matches where literally anyone can join and fight for anyone.
From standing levls 3 and up you'll be placed in matches with only people who have been around the block a time or two as well, so the fights should be a bit more interesting while LP rewards are increased by an actually interesting amount.
Try to kill it all you want CCP, I still <3 my laser.
