We didn't use mics, they were randoms with bad gear and bad kd/r (alts I believe) the only player there with a stable infantry SP was me. The difference between the same blues and the same greens is astonishing. At the moment as I crept behind the reds and mowed them down with the RR, they started killing **** left and right. I'm not kidding we won against a squad of proto guys. I think I'll just start inviting the okay blues in a squad.

It seems that FW is bringing out the good blues in Caldari FW. I see a new momentum that is starting to rise amongst the blues. Good to see that happening. I want to laugh hysterically at protos in FW

What you need to do : be an absolute badass. Smash trough the enemy squads and the greens will fall behind you in a frenzy. It's better than having blues that go 5/18 all the time.

I always squad up. As soon as i'm in the war barge I stick myself into whatever squad is available.
It makes things seem easier and definitely a whole lot better when you can hear something other than the monotonous sounds of battle.
The easy bit is probably because peeps tend to hover around together when in a squad. That little bit of extra team work is all it takes.

It might sound silly as this is just a video game but I find it a massive morale boost when you see a greendot rip trough the enemy. It feels so good you just have to run with him and kick as much a*se

Not silly at all comrade. That momentum is something everybody can feed off of. It's what makes the moments in battle a satisfactory one as your mind shifts from the possibility to the actuality.
Especially when the team is down and a few guys make those plays on field that boost morale. It seems that the whole team gets infected with the thought and respond in kind. The reds sit in bewilderment as a new vigor comes to great them with ultra hostility and coordination.

When I'm just jumping into random pubs for quick cash, I do much the same. I just into the most full squad and do my best to help out the greens. It is hit or miss. Sometimes, the greens stick together. When they see me repping and another lighting them up, they start really focusing on moving as a unit. However, there are those few games where your squad scatters to the four winds and does nothing in particular of value together. Those make me sad.
Can I also say, I ran with a sniper the other day who moved around the map a lot. He was on mic and was giving us better intel than my scanner. I wish there were more snipers that knew how to move around and contribute like that.
