You guys keep releasing updates and keep seeing an onslaught of QQ. While it is true that you cannot realistically satisfy everybody... There are some things that are just stupidly done. I don't mean to come off as rude but just honest.
What you guys need is actual gameplay testers. Not just one or two... you need to be able to field 32 testers. 16 vs 16 in a skirmish. similar to a pc fight but just for the sole purpose of testing and trying out new things before they are released. By doing this you could avoid alot of problems... What may look good on paper may not really be good for the game. You guys need a really efficient testing team that can evaluate all points and are used to adapting to new situations. in a war game like this one, those who adapt the quickest in the middle of a fight can turn the tide of war.
This last update for example... I will start off with a compliment.( so I don't come off as a QQ post but a critique of this update) <3 the combat and rail rifles. Some people claim they are op but I think they are just being used alot because they are new. In competitive pc fights, I still get destroyed by a duvolle or scrambler rifle and it is nice to see a little more variety. Personally I have tired the combat rifle and I love it. Too call it op is an overstatement. I can go 20-0 with a combat rifle, scrambler rifle, and an AR. If I can create similar results with a multiple weapons then that is what I call balance. You guys have had a problem with balance in the past but kudos for increasing variety.(similar results but each weapon can be used to an advantage by altering your playstyle.) Although the balancing is not done yet. There are still many other weapons that need work.
Now what is bad about this update.... Tanks.. 1. Fuel injectors. wtf? really? I can zoom across the map in seconds with one. It is either too fast or the boost lasts a bit too long. What also really sucks and needs to be worked on is turning... It is hard to turn and maneuver your tank. It is very slow to turn. The controls just suck.
2. Stacking armor reppers and armor hardeners - damn I feel invincible with this fit. however not impossible to take down but multiple tankers running together do make it quite difficult.
3. How insanely cheap tanks are. People have realized that they can easily afford to spam tanks and run together to make it difficult for them to die. Even if they die, they dont care. it was cheap for them. I am having a field day in militia tanks... I would hate to see you introduce stronger tanks into the game...
4. av nerfs... when your tanks armor reps so quickly and you can bolt out of any situation... av has gotten much harder for the average blue berry. With the introduction of sticky remotes, someone cleverly thought of creating what is now known as "jihad jeeps" People are also now using proxy mines to detonate remotes which is also cleverly effective. While some of the player base is adapting... Many other av weapons are useless.
5. you did this update to start to balance vehicles but you went about it all wrong..... Let me explain. In dust 514 you have this little thing called teirs. You have standard, advanced, and proto. If you want to balance vehicles, you also need to balance out their weapons. When proto av is having trouble with a militia tank... then something is wrong. militia should be on par with militia, advance should be much more effective and proto should destroy militia. Such as an advanced tank should be able to easily take hits from standard weapons, be on par with advance weapons, and should have a harder time against proto weapons.
The problem you created here is you are going to have to go back to the drawing board to rebalance av and rebalance tanks over and over again... if no proto tanks exist, there should be no proto av. make the lower av on par with its tiered tank counerpart. I don't mean 1 av person vs 1 tank should win either. calculate what it would take for 2 people working together to win. Of course team work to take out a tank shouldn't matter if tanks remain so cheap. It all depends on the direction you want for this game and for vehicles. Do you want team work to take out tanks or not? adjust accordingly. The cheap prices does encourage tank spam so I would vote for the team work to balance tanks.

I suggest they go see an Cranial-anal inversion specialist. Then, maybe a trip to the Ego Reduction center. And finally, enroll in a Basic Marketing class at the local community college.

It is kind of funny how much time CCP spent on reworking vehicles - just to release a ****** AV/vehicle balance. I dont think CCP should do any more big rework of features. They should just apply small fixes and focus on getting this game out of beta.
Doesnt matter in Dust 514: PC. FW Standing. Tanking Type. Other mods than DMG or HP.
Does matter in Dust 514: Rifles.
