So you know reactive plates, where it's a combination of armor reps and armor plates, we need more of them. Reactive plates are not all that great but if you need to fix additional armor and more reps, they are the way to go, especially with conservative low slot counts.
So I just feel like there needs to be more of those type deals. There's so many possibilities we could have:
- Armor + Profile Dampeners
- Shield Extender + Shield Regulator
- Green + Red Bottles = Orange Bottles
- Precision Enhancers + Range Extenders
You know, something that caters to those who play in the greyer shades, like the Gallente Scout or Stealth Logi or Commando.

What's the difference between an immobile Minmatar ship and a pile of garbage?

Sorry Bojo, I just had to. 
Though I agree, to a certain extent. Hybrid modules aren't bad, but I hope CCP doesn't go overboard with them...
What's the difference between an immobile Minmatar ship and a pile of garbage?
The pile of garbage looks nicer.
