I mean honestly. I spent about 5 hours playing last night in my tank and killed maybe 5 infantry. I kind of don't even pay attention to the people on foot anymore, I just go and endlessly hunt all of these militia tanks that endlessly flow out of the enemy redline.
It is pretty fun I have to admit, while the 6+ tanks on each side gets a little annoying, I do love when you have 2-3 tankers on each side having an epic brawl outside the complex while the infantry duke it out inside.
How many of my fellow tankers are more interested in Tank vs Tank combat than Tank vs Infantry?

I was more focused on infantry in 1.6; there were barely any tanks around.

I had an awesome standoff the other night. I was in a Missile Gung and the enemy was in a Missile Gung, and and we both came around the corner, saw each other, flipped on our hardeners, and sat there. I can only imagine he was doing the same as me, waiting for the other's hardener to go offline before nuking them. It was like an old wild-west duel at high noon.
Long story short, his turned off first and immediately threw it in reverse as my missiles started hitting him. Problem is he backed with into my buddy in a Maddy with Blaster and promptly detonated when the blaster started hitting his weak spot. Sadly I did not catch the guy's name, but it was epic and I think him for the fun standoff.

You got killed mostly by MLT scrubs or Nyain.
Quite a few tankers these days (myself included) top the killboards with nine or ten legit kills.
All of which are vehicle kills.

Me....except you really need to be aware.....those Remotes can really **** you up in pubs and PC, most people aren't stupid enough to use them in FW.

Most of the time, I mean was in an ambush with Missiles hoping to get put against Duna, and I'd just drive around in circles chasing down vehicles, only time I ended up firing back at Infantry is when Taz just continued coming for me despite sitting at the back away from the fight waiting for another vehicle. He could've gone for the other tank but noo. :(

Buffing or Debuffing Vehicles or AV will never fix anything.

Payout is **** even if you spend the whole match hunting tanks because they're free. I want to like 1.7 but it just feels like noob central more than ever.
