There is a CEO of a corp that makes me sick. The only reason the CEO has there corp is due to there gender. They never do good in a game and there players are pretty good and carry her in battles. But I think there skills are being wasted with a corp that will end up dying off soon but any ways. Any ways is there a corp CEO you think shouldnt be CEO? |

Nope she didnt kick me. My CEO hasnt been seen in over a month since his PS3 craped out. Said CEO keeps trying to get me to join there corp but only way I will is if they can do better then me in a match. |

The skills required for a Leadership role do not have to include combat.
If he/she is not a great shot, but can command a group of players (with or without boobs).
He/She is a successful leader.
Also, you started a thread about bad mouthing Corporate leadership. where do you think that'll get you? Whats the reason for this thread? |

I've never heard of you, never seen you play and you're on the forums complaining about a woman in a video game. I've been in clans and guilds where the leader wasn't a great player, but was active, friendly and maintained numerous things including websites and forums, and just kept us together enjoying the game. I think the thing I dislike about you and the only reason I replied is because you had to point out she's a woman, it means **** all.

The CEO doesn't have to be the best shot to be CEO.
Its literally a matter of people rallying to anyone with enough pull. They have to start a corp first, which goes without saying.
Warlords and Kings.
Warlords are really good at fighting, people join them because they are respected and feared.
Kings are good at "making friends" and organising people. People follow them because they are organised or people like them enough.
The social scientist in me now wants to do a between groups study to find a theoretical basis for leadership styles in online games and to see of these two traits are interval or absolute measures.

Only think about this post is yall keep thinking I am mad she is a girl and turned me down. If she did she did but she didnt why would I want too hook up with some random girl on the web when I have a wife and a GF out side of the web? At the end of the day yall made this troll very happy with the rage post about how I dont like women running things. I think a girl in charge is the best idea they can get men to do alot of things online and off. I just find it sad that people are so simple minded is all. |
