So I tried tanking for the first time in my dust career today. And I guess I succeeded. Only death was from a jihad jeep. Tank cost 72,390. I made 389,000. Killed several other tanks including a gunnloggi and a madrugar.
This versus my proto AV fit which costs 111,000 and can/will die several times a match barely breaking 200,000 reward because I spend all match chasing tanks so I can -maybe- kill a few while I catch them with their hardeners down if they don't immediately sprint off into the sunset.
I'm just sayin'.

You don't need to. Mlt tanks ate 100% as effective as real tanks.

Maybe you're a natural? Maybe you just came up against a lot of bads. :)

Imagine how much worse tank spams will be once maddys and gun logis are much better than militia tanks again. With AV nerfed into the ground militia tanks are the only real counter to other tanks. When militia tanks are no longer almost as good as more advanced tanks, tank stomping will get much worse. |

To convert likes into DPS you need a Nova Knife ... so you can smile in their face while stabbing them in the back.

I honestly don't understand why ANYONE would bring out a fitted tank when the militia ones are more than capable of holding their own while also being cheap enough to lose three or four and still come out ISK positive.
Life is killing me.
