Best counter to Rifle infantry: Soma/Madrugar with Blasters. Best counter to armour tanks: Sica/Gunnlogi with Missiles. Best counter to shield tanks: Dropship/Assault Dropship with Railguns. Best counter to Dropships: Heavy with Forge Gun. Best counter to Heavies: Sniper Rifle. Best counter to Snipers: LAV + Shotgunner. Best counter to LAVs: Swarm Launcher. Best counter to Swarm Launchers: Rifle infantry.
Keep a Swarm guy near your Sniper and while he won't always kill enemy LAVs, he can keep them from closing distance. This frees the Sniper up to focus on priority targets - Forge Gunners being high on the list. Clearing out Forge Guns makes the tankers' jobs easier as well as allowing your Dropships to stay airborne. Dropships keep enemy tanks busy while also delivering infantry into the front lines. LAVs also move infantry to where they're needed, because there are some areas better accessed from ground level.
This is, of course, glossing over a LOT of details about various fittings and their specific advantages and disadvantages, and it makes wide, sweeping generalisations about things, but it gives a vague idea how the various roles on the battlefield can interact in a proper combine-arms effort.
Players need to learn how to work with their team instead of trying to be that one guy who did all the work and tries to hog all the glory. |

I must have missed the 'sniper babysitter' in the description for the swarm launcher !
By the way ... the best counter to a sniper is A BETTER SNIPER.
and from what I've seen so far, the best counter to anything right now is a HAV with a large blaster turret since this anti infantry turret can destroy vehicles, installations and infantry in seconds ... all I need to see ! |

Another good counter to snipers is a damped logi/scout with REs.

Plasma cannons seem to me like the best counter to heavies.
Once you're used to the arc, they're relatively easy to get a direct hit with.

I'd just like to suggest that you change your counter for vehicles to 'Gunnlogi with Railgun'
  Aside from that, all good!
EDIT: forgot about DSes and LAVs.
 >Cosgar: You know, tanks are actually paper thin once their modules are in cooldown.
