AFK all the match, i gain the same LP/standings of the first of my team.
We win? Good more LP and standings, also salvage.
We lose? Not bad, not much LP but i didn't lost any ISK.
CCP look at this mechanic please.
You should give better rewards to players if they play better.

LP and salvage are fine (maybe LP are not a lot), it's the system that doesn't work.
The pay is the same from the first to the last and you can gain more salvage than an active player just because you have luck.

I'm fine with the lack of ISK too, there's got to be some place for all you Richie Rich PC types to spend all those giant piles of ISK you have in your couch cushions. The salvage may not quite make up for it but is a cool way to be rewarded for what we actually take out on the battlefield.
Structuring the LP rewards to focus slightly more on the actual effort put forth combined with more unique LP store items and, most importantly, a player market(soonGäó) is all that's needed.
