Since the Breach is the Gallente version of the Rail rifle could it be buffed to give similar performance, the breach has half the range of the Rail and far lower DPS. |

No, breach should just be buffe. Rail rifle is fine the way it is, which is kind of surprising since I was expecting it to be OP from what so many people are saying.

I think the rail is fine-ish, but the hip fire spread should be bigger. And the bullet spread is very tight, I wish all the rifles had that, at least while in ADS. |

BReach AR is supposed to be weaker than the Rail Rifle. The GAllente are trying to copy the performance of the RR, so its thereby weaker.
Still, definitely a range buff would be nice. |

The Assault rail rifle is a copy of the plasma rifle and its pretty powerful  |

I love the ability to accurately hipfire in Dust, not many games let me do this; usually they pretty much force players to ADS. I don't want to see that ruined and have Dust turned into a BF clone.
Perhaps the RR needs less tight hipfire spread (maybe, maybe not), but that sure as hell should not apply to all rifles.

I meant the ADS bullet spread is very accurate which makes it "feel" OP since a lot of shots are hitting in comparison to the AR and the CR, possibly the SCR I don't use it, who seem to go in random directions. Then again, a tight spread in ADS is good for long range since the CR and AR are short range weapons. |

Raise the rate of fire by 100 RPM, give us a longer clip between 50 and 60, and increase the effective range.(lower than the Tact but higher than the Assault).

Because the Breach is plasma based it DOESN'T need a damage upgrade as shields can only go so high compared to armor. I use it now and it RIPS through shields like a frickin' kunai through pig fat. Trust me when I say that if the rate of fire was higher, most of the confrontations I've had would've been my win.

Increase damage by about 15-20% for the first 35m.
