I really like the rr too, but my favorite, I have to say scr. I'm currently leveling into amarr assault, bc I like em so much, there just really fun for me.
When your playing dust and your frustrated...if all else fails...turn off the ps3. Works every time.

I absolutely love the RRs.Have them lvl 3 proficiency already and I'm not looking back.

I'm beginning to feel the same. The Scrambler is nice, but the Rail Rifle just feels better to shoot.

the Combat Rifle might be squat and boxy and rusted through, but the sound... oh, she SINGS!
