Only thing I could think of is that there was a tank someone left behind that I jumped in - full health, landed three red dot kills wihth it (blaster). Was at least 50-75m away from any objectives.

If a hacked vehicle is not destroyed in a match, it returns to it's original owners' inventory so I would imagine it's in game state never changes, it's simply an orange object flagged as blue and doesn't become a different object altogether. Blue is good, red is bad, orange you glad you're not red?
