Now stick a fuel injector on it, and watch it break the sound barrier

I'm looking at the #'s right now on my Madrugar.
With a Complex Fuel Injector it reaches 1,326 km/h. Faster then most aircraft (none military).
Why fly when you can tank? Come drive the friendly roads! MADRUGAR, the safe way to travel. |

MADRUGAR, the safe way to travel. the meters in dust are disproportional. you will find them a whole lot shorter than a real meter. that's why blast radius is smaller in game than it is on paper. |

I certainly hope so, although it's very odd that they'd invent a new measurement system. |

According to CCP, meters in dust are actual meters.

I certainly hope so, although it's very odd that they'd invent a new measurement system. it might be why it takes a bit for forge shots to hit their target aswell. since forge shots are supposedly faster than sound. they seem a bit slow to me aswell. I honestly hope they don't change it however, if they did then everything would be much bigger and explosives would be super OP. that and everyone is used to the feel of it too. |

TV settings wouldn't affect the length of a meter in the game, only our perception of what a meter is.
If Dust meters are actual meters as CCP says they are, then tanks are indeed going fast enough to break the sound barrier.

well you don't have to take my word for it. I don't really feel like arguing, so why not test it yourself? could be fun. just get a MD, put a friend against the wall and shoot. if they still have the circle animation you should see it. |
