If the current skill for vehicles allow use for all HAVs, does this mean I can use my Sagaris? 5H / 3L sure would be pretty OP...
Then again, CPU/PG would be lame -_-

With the current modules that would be so freaking OP. And no, he doesn't have one. They were all refunded when uprising hit

When Uprising hit I still had it but I could not use it, this time it might actually be refunded but I don't have a ps3 with me at the moment to confirm.
