Yeah, sure  The ScR doesn't need a turbo controller to drop people stupidly fast, just like the TacAR of early Uprising didn't need a turbo controlled to drop people stupidly fast. Not saying no one uses a turbo controller on it, I'm sure there are people who do, but crying about a turbo controller because someone got the drop on you? Yeah ok.
Regnyum, there is really not much point in starting threads about weapon balancing in the War Room, try General Discussion or Feedback, if you are actually serious about it. Though I agree, the ScR badly needs some balancing, and there are multiple threads on the topic.
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

Just like you guys have never glitched in the past, right zaria? *cough*meleeglitcher*cough* No human being on earth can press his finger that fast while aiming at the same time, depleting 580+ shields and 420+ armor in the blink of an eye, and I'm a guy who can press a button 720+ times in 60 seconds.
Yes, because like you're implying, I apparently melee glitched? Right? (Yes, you are probably referring to Arirana, as usual, as that seems to be your go to response to everything, but calling me a melee glitcher is a bit rich, even from you.)
Also, do correct me if I'm wrong, but using a turbo controller is not a glitch? If it is, how so? And I'm not saying using one wouldn't give one an unfair advantage, it most likely does, though as I don't own one I am basing that on second hand information, but calling it a glitch? CCP designing a weapon that can be used to an effect beyond intended by them by the simple use of a special controller that is readily available is bad design, just like it was with the TacAR. And hopefully CCP will do something to rectify this along with many many other **** ups in their game.
So as long as using a turbo controller gives someone an advantage, some people will use it, obviously. But you assuming every person who manages to kill you is automatically cheating in some way? lol
(the Viziam ScR does, with proficiency and a couple of damage mods, what, over 100 damage per non charged shot, that's 10 shots that hit you, you are dead... even fewer with any headshots, way fewer than that if they start with a charge one, which they should, as they obviously had the drop on you... so yeah, you're dead before you have time to do much...)
