And here I thought 1.6 ended. Again the speed buff, is a glitch. It'll get fixed. But already seeing some of the threads you'll think tanks are on the verge of another huge nerf. lol And if...ahem when it does happen, Look for yourselves to blame on that one.
Dust514 is not RTS, nor is it mmo. You can place a anything you want in front of it, but you can't change what you've been playing since beta. a lobby FPS. (not a great one.. but still)
Armor core was a fun game. Not Fps game. Neither was mechwarrior. Nor world of tanks. Even if the forums make it sound like it is tanks514. It's not. reason why tho that pendulum has swung all the way right, it will swing right back at them.
And that's a problem. We need to stop this cycle. AV is AV. In what desperate world that your trying to hold on to, do you think AV is a deterrent? IN REAL LIFE OR ANY FPS GAME? Enough. You betray yourselves every time you use that argument that only tank should take out tank.

Haha, yeah. But saying this to everyone.. work on a compromise. be willing to give as much as take. But be firm and realistic to what game you are playing tho. AV Is still AV. Not a bloody deterrent. increase speed if you get close to tank. but otherwise the AV nerf is fine. As for HAV.. Tanks are JUST tanks. Very powerful but not to be confused for eve space ships. You betray yourself for every nerd post you make. You make the TRUE HAV users call you scrubs. Your playing a FPS.. YOU ADAPT.
Stop the damn cycle. HAV rule for now.. but only see how long. The pendulum swings far left.. then it comes back.

I just wish the AV would adapt. I have been killed by infantry AV already. they knew where I was going to be, waited and shredded right through my hardeners. Got hit for half my shields, immediately popped my rep, hardeners, started backing... right into a pile of packed AV nades while being hammered with proto swarms.
That's how AV should fight, opportunistic and coordinated, not just "herp derp, I has swarmz, so I wins!" like so many of them got used to.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

which is funny cause their never was such a great increase in AV users.
