Of course there are going to be issues after a big patch - vehicles and FW especially considering they were both completely reworked. 2. People still need to figure out the best strategies to deal with the new stuff - for example, AV tactics need to adapt to the 'waves of opportunity' thing. 3. Everyone and their mothers is using the shiny new stuff, simply because it's shiny and new - so of course you're always going to be killed by it, there's nothing else to be killed by.
