It's sad, I use caldari dropsuits, weapons, vehicles and turrets but I cant even get the lp to buy the higher variants. Having no team is anoying as hell

Check the sticky note on general forums for a better Caldari FW channel. Also you can check out thr Caldari page in recruitment forums to help form better squads

If you're really serious about the FW, then we need to unite. Not necessarily in one corporation, but as loyal fighters of the State.
There's power in numbers. There's strength in discipline. People often succumb to restricting environments because they don't work together. They don't pool their resources together to rise above the adversity.
Just imagine if just 70 percent of loyalists came together and fought together. They would have to rethink their strategy.
If you're serious about FW, then changes need to be made. We must learn from these mistakes.
Just like in game, when people run into a choke point. Instead of trying to flank...instead of waiting for more to spawn to go in with them...instead of communication, they simple just rush in again and repeat the process.
We can't have that. How many times must we run into this brick wall before we realize we cannot do this separately? That a unifed force under one banner would decimate the Gallente with extreme prejudice.
This is our time now. Talk to loyal folks in game. Collaborate on comm channels. Send in game mail. Let us combine the might of Caldari.
Remember 300. If the Spartans can achieve such greatness then why can't we?
Join me in this revolution of focus. I will shed blood with those who shed with me. I will strike those who look to harm my brothers and sisters. WE will force the enemy to not even utter our names because of the horror it brings.
Unite and let our strength multiply.

Some arbitrary forces from above didn't dictate the Spartans fight in 16 v 16 death matches, they didn't have people magically spawning behind them when they hacked null cannons......... they didn't have to deal with a lot of what we do.....sadly they all died defending the Greek City States.
And there were more like 3000 soldiers of Sparta 300 of the officer/citzen caste, but another 2000ish supplied soldiers from the State not the 300 we hear about. Not to mention some 5000 suspected Athenian soldiers in the rear guard, amongst another 1500 assorted soldiers of the smaller states.
