I'm not sure what to spec into regarding tanks....Amarr HAV is looking more and more like a pipe dream.....

The madruga pilots maybe. My Gunnlogi is keeping four treds on the floor until someone figures out how to keep it from doing acrobatics from the smallest bump.
And to be fair we DID think AV would be just as effective as its been the last six months. sorry bout that.

To be fair on paper it looked like a nerf, less HP less resistances and lower reps. I just don't think anyone expected them to out run and outmaneuver LAV's lol.

The issue with AV is not the damage it deals, but the application of it. Tanks can zip away before they can apply their dps. I will best ISK that if I sit there, a proto swarm could pop me. I simply do not allow them the chance. Therefore, I shouldn't be given the opportunity to escape if I'm caught in a trap.

See your problem is you need Prof 5 in Tank Jetpack Modules before it'll stabilize. Until then you'll have to settle for dominating the ground.

There's no racial-linked skills for HAVs any more.
