It's stupid that I can get 30 kills and 2500WP and get zero factional standing because the team of randoms I was put on Couldn't hold a letter that I wasn't at. At least give me some standing for repeatedly playing with these worthless teams. |

Agreed, winnings should be based on how the player performed, not the team, i can still AFK and get good loot, and lp \ isk, id be more motivated to play on the bad team if i thought i was going to get paid better for my actions

I don't see why LP, SP and ISK aren't all included on a % multiplier post-calculation based on victory or defeat.
I.e. You get 100% for a win but only 50% on a lose.
is the exact calculation for ISK and SP btw? |

Even if that were a legitimate reason, you should still get more Loyalty points and standing if you win and do really well. Instead you get the same amount of standing increase and the same amount of points whether you go 50/0 with 4000WP or 0/10 with 25WP. It's stupid.
Like in American Football I think players can get certain bonuses for playing really well.
