Except we did get scammed. When they took our BPO's back that is not what we wanted...nor was it ever what was intended in a sales agreement from the perspective of the customer. If we go buy a car which never needs fuel and runs on an infinite power source and the manufacturing company comes and takes it and gives us some money back and now requires us to go buy an inferior car which now requires a constant outflow of cash to keep it fueled do you think we were treated fairly? Not even close.

Also this smacks a lot of what will happen in the future to all BPOs... CCP will just rotate which items will get changed and then kill the BPOs we all bought a little at a time.

I am seeing things which smack very much of the same crap we saw in EVE with the development of Incarna... where the trust is continually broken and it is going to take an all out revolt of the player base to get the company to start listening. Stop attempting to screw players subtly in the name of mechanics and fairly give us back BPOs we invested in please.

The fallacy of your argument is attempt to put the burden of proof onto us when you have nothing to counter with. When judging the validity in a leap of analysis (on anything) it is often better to attempt to disprove it first. If it can be dis-proven than it is extremely unlikely to be true. What evidence do you have that it ISN'T true? Until CCP go on record saying it will not happen again BPO removal is all very possible. They have already started with removing 4 BPOs... past history shows this has already happened, and CCP not going on record stating it will never happen again, indicates they reserve the right to do so over and over again.
