I'm sure I'll crack at some point, but since I went Incubus instead of python I basically shouldn't fly, it's impossible to see your itty bitty teeny tiny white aiming dot amidst the sea of white that is the Incubus and reflection, along with the obnoxious light of the modules. Even the scanner makes it impossible to see anything. Trying to aim blasters and railguns while flying with gimped fits. I mislead myself into believing dropships were receiving a buff, when taking everything else into account, it really was a nerf. I didn't realize hardeners now gobbled up grid like a fat kid goes through waffles. It's obnoxious.
So yea, those skill points are essentially useless. Trying to justify how good missiles are by making it a Lv 5 skill instead of 1, nice try  Doesn't change the fact that they are better at railguns for what railguns are supposed to be good at (killing vehicles and installations) and better than what blasters are supposed to be good at (killing infantry). Not to mention shield modules are badass for dropships, where the Incubus doesn't have enough base hp, reps, or resists to pull it off, nor the PG/CPU to attempt
And to top it off, HMG heavy is laughable now. EVERYTHING outranges you. If you move, you're getting shot at someones optimal.
<3 when patches completely invalidate millions of SP
