Pro's/Con's
Pro -
SO FREAKIN COOL! You can fly these things now. Cheaper, dont die instantly, fitting is tactical, fast and manoeuvrable. Turrets are deadly (if you can hit, see below). A Joy to fly.
Cons -
Cant hit a freakin thing. Because they are now so responsive and fast, when you point your nose down to shoot at your target, you fly right past, Very quick. If you come to a complete stop above your target you can do it... but as we all know a stopped dropship is a dead dropship.
Solution-
.... Control change? We need more autonomy for aiming the turret somehow...
Otherwise I would say change the acceleration curve but its so GOOD flying it at any other time im not sure.
Any other thought?
The answer is "ForgeGun"... doesnt matter what the question is...

Don't do this.
The dropships are fine.
You ask for this and ccp will screw you over.

Dropships are fine.... Assault dropships are not the same.
Try getting more than a few shots close to target

They need to go transparent when we look down. That or a stabilization feature. Like click L3 to stabilize. Something. |
