I said speccing... As in picking one weapon, one suit, your modules. I got a adv gallante logi on my alt that only has like 3 mil sp and i have level 3 armor rep and plates with level 3 armor mods and level 3 dmg mods, level 3 nanos (not necessary) level 3 Ar and Scr and level 2-3 other sht i forgot of....
instead of adv logi,i could have just gotten proto gallante medium for 1.2 mil sp.
