And all will be in its natural order again :)
Until then; JIHAD JEEPS! I've been having a lot of fun being scared of/hiding from tanks all day. This is the natural order. Tanks will stomp a mud hole in yo @$$. All is right in the universe again. Both AV and tankers need time to settle into their new roles. AV will adjust their tactics and become potent again and tankers wont be able to be as reckless with their machinery. I know I exploited the changes in AV and tanks to stay far longer than I should have in active areas of the map. I have to imagine the reduced acceleration time(tanks are actually slower than they were in 1.6) caught a lot of people off guard today.

Never felt that the vehicle presence on the field was oppressive. Then again I had a baptism of fire, I started plying at the beginning of codex. I learned how to avoid tanks, when to move and when to stay hidden, to always move with terrain and cover in mind. It's really not that big a deal, to tell you the truth, I find that it adds a great deal of excitement to the tactical aspect of the game. baptized in the same water, well, I was 3 or so days before codex but close enough.
