I just wanted to give it more attention. The only reason there there is a kick system in FW is to prevent griefing, however if it is someone in your own squad then you that is something you can deal with yourselves, just kick the guy out of your squad if you don't trust him. Similarly, if it's someone from your corporation/alliance the same thing applies.
So don't count FF from players in your squad and players in your corporation/alliance, then all of a sudden all the legitimate FW players won't be getting a 24 hour kick after only playing a couple matches.

Also dropping orbitals is extremely challenging to avoid TKs since there are usually blueberries running around everywhere and they either won't communicate with you or don't listen.

Actually the real problem is that in order to "scan" the enemy and know where to drop the orbital, a blue dot needs to be nearby to see them and "report" it to the tacnet. Since Scouts are running around trying to "get some" they are not always there to sneak behind enemy controlled territory and scan you out some targets. 8(
In the meantime, two safe tactics are: Use only EM strikes if you are certain you will hit friendlies and hope you don't hit the 5k lockout point. Look for enemy MDV's deploying enemy vehicles in the enemy redline as hitting that ensures you one vehicle kill and possibly the pilot and any passengers waiting nearby.

True but if I bother to bring EVE support, have our pilots risk themselves in space for 15 mins to drop 5 OB, we should be immune to kick from OB damage kicks. I wouldn't mind if a blue dot betrays me and OB's my position that would be hilarious because OB can be controlled somewhat, it means they got guys to come in and OB for them.....but if your own OB's kick you for using them what is the point?
FF is great for OB the -ve WP are enough punishment, not insta kick.
