For example: An Amarrian faction that deems every other race as unworthy of God's word and aren't even allied with Caldari. So in FW, Amarrian players can go against Caldari and lose standings with Caldari. Or Gallente allied with Caldari and losing standing with Minmatar for that. Basically all races going against each other in FW. We are mercenaries after-all
Amarr against Caldari
Minmatar against Gallente
Amarr friends with Minmatar and Gallente but not with Caldari.
Any of that in EVE lore?

DO you know how ignorant you sound?
The Amarr don't think the other races are unworthy of Gods word, we are actively trying to bring it to you so that you all might join the empire.

Not possible due to the lore itself.
Gallenteans are close allies with the Minmatar since their governments and ideologies are very similar.
The Amarrians and Caldari are not exactly close friends with each other but they do share common interests which is why they are technically allies in some way. Just like the Amarrians, the Caldari don't exactly like the Minmatar as they view some of them as terrorists.
OK, CCP. When are knives finally going to be improved?

He isn't saying that is the belief of the Amarr. He is essentially asking if there is a sub-faction within the Amarr that hold more extremist views than the majority (there always is).

Maybe we the players are "mercernaries," but the people in lore who are leaders of the four main empires are politicians. So no.

There are many individuals and corporations that are out of the norm, line me and my corporation, as our goal is to secede from the Federation as an independent Intaki sovereignty. Larger sub-factions, I can only think of one example which would be the Intaki Syndicate, whose goals are similar to ours.

Not entirely accurate. The Ammatar, for example, are Minmater who have joined with the Amarr, so these factions do in fact exist. They are just not large enough to participate in Faction Warfare.
What will be your legacy? Will you rise, or will you fall?

There are those within the Amarr that are for releasing the Minmatar slaves. Some have even formed a kind of stellar "underground railroad" throughout the empire. Sometimes they engage in domestic acts of terror in the attempts to help the Minmatar.
That's about as close to what your thinking of as I can come up with. There are pirate factions like Blood Raiders and Sansha's Nation that are separate from the four nations.

And with recent issues between the Gallente and Minmatar their relations aren't as good as they used to be. The Federation doesn't like people who say no.
