The weapon looks good and sounds good, BUT we spend more time reloading the thing than we do shooting it.
The description you gave of the weapon was it was for engaging multiple enemies at current the gun can barely handle 1 enemy before you have to reload the stupid thing and thats with Prof. 5 and damage mods.
You need to give it more bullets in the mag or more damage, or both. |

That is the balancing factor.
Madness is the emergency exit. You can just step outside, and close the door on all those dreadful things that happened.

Minmatar weaponry is supposed to be limited by ammo, just like Amarr weaponry is supposed to be limited by heat.
Unless you dislike balance. Do you? Do you really dislike balance that much?

The combat rifle reloads in like half the time of a normal AR... Sprint canceling isn't even that useful on it it reloads so fast. I can kill a guy in half clip, just ADS and spray.

Bye noob. Oh yes, I have 706 likes. Certainly that doesn't mean I've been here for a while or anything.

The Minmatar weapons are all about a fast RoF, low damage, and low clip sizes. It's always been that way, with the SMG and the Flaylock. If you want all weapons to be like the precious AR, where they fire forever and do sh*tloads of damage at incredibly high ranges, then please play something else. I, for one, am really happy to see variety of playstyles on the field, and the CBR definitely brings one of it's own. Although, it is accuracy required.
Also, with my Standard CBR, no damage mods, I can melt anything from a MLT Heavy to a Proto-Logi in less than a clip. I dare you to face me on my 1000+ eHP, triple damage-modded Gallente Logistics that hits like a truck no matter how low the clip size is.

Who would consider the SMG's magazine size low (80 rounds)? and seems like everyone is forgetting the HMG's massive magazine. The low magazine size thing only seems to apply explosive weapons like the flaylock and mass driver. Not saying the CR doesn't have a big enough MAG, but people saying its the norm for Minmatar guns annoys me.
I would like the Minmatar assault bonus to give a magazine size boost to projectile (and maybe explosive) weapons magazine size by 5% per level.
