Well it is balanced against the AR and ScR, so I would say yes, yes it is indeed OP.

Nope. Pretty balanced even if I swear away when I'm killed by one.
Assault Rifles and Scramblers hurt the Hell outta shields while Rail Rifles and the Combat Rifle make 800 Armor look like mud.

Got it at prof 1, liking it a lot so far and it only gets better, but the combat rifle is pretty filthy too and has less fitting requs
but i'll never touch a piece of filthy minmatar gear |

Both are F***** awesome. I have both at proto and the RR is at proficiency 3. So far I love them both, the RR is a bit tricky to get used to. The CR chews thru armor and is beast in CQC. I have yet to see any one of these weapons even come to close to OP. They to me are great and well balanced.
First they said nerf the AR
then they said nerf the ScR
Now they say nerf the RR and CR

I went strait to lvl 5 pro 4.
The assault version sucks big time but i like the the one with the scope, its nice and steady, but my duvolle AR it still better. |
