I know it's a long way off or so we think
If CCP are smart and i hope they are, we should be able to play Dust 514 on the ps4 with sony's cloud gaming network. What are the pro of this, you say Well CCP will have a bigger player base to play Dust 514 or shall I say lost player base.
Dust 514 is shaping up to be a game that can compete with the likes of BF,COD and Destiny. But looking at these examples Dust 514 has only to compete with one and that's Destiny. There's a funny thing with Destiny that maybe people don't know, and that's it's got deeper ties with sony this time around. Dust 514 has as we have seen has ties with sony but i think sony want to buy CCP, but that's a different story.
The point i'm getting at isGǪ I really don't know.
Coming back to the PS4, If people don't know the football game PES14, It didn't get released onto the PS4,or XBOX one because of the small player base at this time. So we are looking at hopefully being able to play the PS3 version of DUST on are PS4 maybe in the summer of 2014. I will also give a perdition of when Dust will becoming to PS4 and that's 2015.
What could we hopeful in the PS4 version of Dust 514 Well that's tricky, But heres some of my hopesGǪ
CCP engine, not Unreal.
64 vs 64 player, I want bigger but lets see.( Are we going to see a bigger player count on the ps3, I mean bigger then 16vs 16)
Coming back to player count and the PS3, It's for me to think the player count is going to get bigger on the ps3 . The biggest problem with the PS3 is RAM and something to do with the internet. I mean look if the PS3 had more RAM we could of seen the PS3 being on top for another two years, who really cares about light effects I haven't heard CCP say anything about player count for about a yearGǪ

Yea they are really messing up by not putting this on the PS4 right quick. I'd love them even more if it was on PC also though.

Why are you asking this when not only do we only have about 2M PS4's compared to 80+M PS3's, but also those 2M are mostly in the US?... |

80 million PS3s, people love throwing that number around. Look at our player count. The PS3 has 80 million sold units, compared to a 'measly' 2 million PS4s. But, the PS3 has hundreds and hundreds of games in comparison to, what, no more than 2dozen PS4 games. CCP should have tried desperately to hit the launch cycle. Get people early who have never played this game, make a name on PS4. Yes, they're are multiple F2P games on PS4, but, its not like they really had that much more to lose. |

Edit: I have a PS4 myself, and, with a 'mic' being included with the system, it would work wonders to push team dynamics with random's to a whole new level. |
