I like the recharge delay penalty on the dropsuit shield extenders, but, since such a penalty exists, and since we also have the lowslot shield regulators, can we please get some sort of hotfix/patch that allows us to see our current shield delay stats on the info panel in our fittings? I think shield and armor users everywhere would greatly appreciate this. TY |

YES.
SO MUCH YES.
While they were a fixed value based on the suit, it wasn't so important, but even then, it would have been nice to see. Now, it's going to be pretty much a necessity when fitting. Or, as with many other things that have taken a while to make it to the GUI, it will require a calculator when fitting. |

The following equations are for calculating the depleted delay penalty for complex extenders on a Caldari Assault suit and the shield depleted delay after the use of complex regulators up to the fifth module. Posting this just incase anybody wants to know how to do it themselfs.
The following is the number for stacking penalties:
1st mod: 100.0% effectiveness 2nd mod: 86.9% effectiveness 3rd mod: 57.1% effectiveness 4th mod: 28.3% effectiveness-á 5th mod: 10.6% effectiveness
The following equation must be calculated first. It represents recharge regulator module efficiency after the after the regulator skill bonus is aplyed (2% per LV). This equation is calculated at skill LV 5 and complex mods:
25 GÇó 1.10 = 27.5
The next equation is to calculate the penalty for shield extenders (7%) to shield depleted delay:
(The #8 that appears at the beginning of the following equation, represents the shield depleted delay for the Caldari assault dropsuit. If you can't figure the rest out just ask. I'll do my best to explain)
8(1.07) GÇó (1 + (.869GÇó.07)) GÇó (1 + (.571GÇó.07)) GÇó (1 + (.283GÇó.07)) GÇó (1 + (.106GÇó.07)) = x
Once the equation is solved, "x" is then applied to the next equation which calculates the affect that the complex shield regulators have upon the new shield depleted value, which was obtained through solving the above equation (or "x"):
x(1 - .27.5) GÇó (1 - (.869GÇó.27.5)) GÇó (1 - (.571GÇó.27.5)) GÇó (1 - (.283GÇó.27.5)) GÇó (1 - (.106GÇó.27.5)) = y
And there you have it you're all done.

Could i get a HUD display indicating time to regen on my shields? Just have it just above your shield health and anytime you get shield damage it would count down from whatever time it takes to begin the regen process. I think it would help to see how much of a shield penalty is actually hurting you in-game as well as giving more information for us shield tankers. Armor reps are passive and instant but the shield regen delay time is vital to a shield tanker's survival heck apply it to all the HUD interfaces its not just dropsuits but vehicles could use it too.
TTR- 6.0 or in the case of depleted shield TTR-10.0
of course this would easily allow you to notice any regulator bonuses or shield penalty while in the mist of battle. also if you get hit and could see the TTR reset in real-time

omg, yes, this. you could do an underlay on the shield bar that goes from empty to full, and on full, shield regen starts

Yes! This amoung other things
I would like to see Weapon damage(amount of damage from a single shot) dps (damage per second) For primary and secondary weapons
Movement speed springing and not sprinting
I don't think it says recharge rate so that for everything (stamina shield armor)
Possibly your k/d and wp/d for that specific fitting

Here! Here! .. and while we're at it give shield extenders a secret buff hotfix so they are 44/66/88 for basic/adv/complex. ;-) ;-) .
+1 op and the guy who wanted morr stats displayed.. and to the guy who had the shield bar idea for the recharge delay. |

actually along the lines of the shield bar underlay, instead of that, what if there was a bar similar to the scrambler/laser rifle (a smaller outer bar) that filled to indicate shield recharge delay, that way its not hard to see under the shield bar |
