If you took 25 seconds to destroy a tank you are a scrub.

Call in a LAV
Approach tank from whatever side the turret is not pointing(this one gets most people for some reason)
Bail out at 5 m
Throw three proto grenades(AV or Flux)
Hit with AV weapon you have.
Die to horde of reds, or get back in your LAV and drive away.

The only question was how you were going to bring this scenario about. Most people did it like tards and got treated accordingly. People trying to swarm or forge from great length were doing it the easy, slow and stupid way, and their experience is not important at all. In fact, the less pleasurable you can make scrub play, the better the game will be.

The new dynamic means that the old tactic only works for shield tanks now, but thats ok because armor have worse reps, worse hardeners, and they get out of danger slightly slower.
